Jarrett, who uses He/Him pronouns, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of North Carolina. He is passionate about helping people heal from trauma while reclaiming their sense of self. Jarrett earned his MSW from Hunter College in New York City after completing a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development and Family Relations.

Jarrett has been practicing clinically since 2022; He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing. His experience across psychiatric hospitals, community programs, child welfare, and university counseling centers allows him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and provide care that is both culturally responsive and affirming.

At the heart of Jarrett’s work is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience. He strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
