There are many ways to seek support, and therapy offers a safe, welcoming space to explore whatever you may be carrying. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, navigating anxiety or depression, adjusting to life transitions, working through relationship challenges, or trying to better understand and manage your emotions, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can also be a space for maintaining overall well-being, building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and pursuing personal growth at your own pace.

We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, MedCost, United Healthcare, Optum, and Oscar. We’re happy to help verify your benefits; however, clients are responsible for understanding their individual coverage and any out-of-pocket costs, including copays and deductibles.
We also partner with Lyra Health (EAP), which allows eligible employees, as well as their spouses and dependents, to receive a limited number of sessions covered by their employer.
If we are not in-network with your insurance, we’re still glad to explore options with you. We can provide documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement, and you’re welcome to learn more about our equity-centered sliding scale rates to see if that may be a good fit.

As part of our commitment to equity and increasing access to quality mental health care, we offer equity-centered sliding scale rates to help reduce financial barriers to treatment. We recognize that systemic and personal factors — including income, social determinants of health, and other life circumstances — can impact access to care.
After a brief assessment, clients are placed into a tier that reflects a rate aligned with their current financial reality. Our goal is to create a structure that promotes fairness, transparency, and access to support when it’s needed most.

Your privacy is very important to us, and therapy is completely confidential. We follow HIPAA guidelines to protect your information and ensure that what you share with our team stays private.
There are a few situations where confidentiality may need to be broken, such as if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, suspected abuse or neglect, or if required by a court order. Your therapist will always explain these limits and answer any questions, so you can feel safe and supported throughout your care.

It’s completely normal to wonder if therapy is the right fit for you. Building a strong, trusting relationship with your therapist is important, and sometimes it takes a session or two to see if it feels comfortable. If at any point you feel it’s not the right fit, we encourage you to share your thoughts with your therapist. We’re happy to support you in finding someone who better meets your needs, because your care and comfort are our top priorities.
