Equitable Access. Equitable Care.

At Phoenix Therapeutics, PLLC, we are committed to providing equitable access to quality care, ensuring that everyone can receive support regardless of socioeconomic status. Our Equity-Centered Sliding Scale Assessment helps us determine a fee tier based on need, not status, making therapy accessible and fair for all clients.

Sliding Scale Fee Tiers

  • High financial stability and access to resources.

  • Stable income with moderate obligations.

  • Limited discretionary income or systemic barriers.

  • High financial strain or instability.

  • Significant hardship / crisis-level need

How it works.

Once you complete the Equity-Centered Sliding Scale Assessment, we will review your responses to guide your tier placement, always taking your self-assessment (Question 10) into consideration. We will go over the results with you to ensure the rate feels fair and manageable.

We will never request proof of income or documentation of financial hardship. We trust that you are the expert on your own situation and encourage honesty throughout this process. Tier placement is confidential and non-punitive, and you will always receive the same high level of care, regardless of your fee tier.

Re-Evaluation.

Tiers are flexible, and we review them every six months to ensure your placement reflects any changes in your circumstances. This helps make sure your fee remains fair and manageable as your needs and situation evolve.
